A municipality for the future
Alongside the day-to-day work we are preparing the projects that will shape the municipality for many years to come. We are developing every part of it – Vysoký Újezd, Kuchař and Kozolupy.
What we have achieved together
- We bought a 37,625 m² plot at U Křížku for the future development of public amenities.
- We bought the municipal farmstead and prepared its conversion into a new centre for the village.
- We connected the old part of the village to better-quality water from the Želivka reservoir.
- We are preparing to strengthen the water supply and sewerage.
- We put the municipal office and technical services on a stable footing and improved communication with residents.
What we plan to do
- Turn the municipal farmstead into the municipality's new social centre.
- Complete and approve the new zoning plan, so that the municipality grows in a regulated way.
- Build the public amenities we lack on the U Křížku plot.
- Prepare the reconstruction of the village greens in Vysoký Újezd and Kozolupy.
- Increase water-supply and sewerage capacity and lay the groundwork for the municipality's energy security.
