Ing. Jakub Hába

Jakub has served on the building committee since 2024. Professionally he has long managed development projects in residential construction, office buildings and hotels, together with the infrastructure that goes with them.

Drawing on his experience of preparing, delivering and then managing property, he wants to play an active part in developing our municipality – above all by strengthening the team that prepares projects for the public amenities we lack, for transport infrastructure and for long-term planning. With building work continuing at pace, he sees it as essential to look at the municipality's development through urban design, the quality of public space and sustainable long-term spatial development.
